Mediumistic Practice with Cecil

 A few weeks ago I started a practice requesting any willing spirit to practice with me. In this exercise, I tried something new for me. In many questions I asked the spirit, I did in a multiple choice format. I would ask the question and see which answer the spirit would select based on the feeling I would get about the answers. With other questions I interpreted the emotions as I usually do. 

So when I detected a presence, I started to ask questions.

I asked for a name. 

I initially got Celce, then Cici, and later finally, Cecil.

I asked for gender and posed man or woman. I got man. 

I asked living or dead. I got dead. Of course I got dead, but I was making sure. Sort of double checking myself.

Then I asked if he was in the light or not. I got in the light.

Then I was about to ask his age, but I realized that this wouldn't readily work in a multiple choice format.

So I asked are you young, middle, or old? I got middle.

Then to narrow it down, I asked if he was in his 20s, 30s, or 40s? Historically 40 was actually considered old. I had no idea what era this fellow was from. The answer I got was 20s.

Then I asked if he was a student or a worker. I got a worker.

Then I asked if he was white collar or blue collar and I had to explain those terms because I got a perplexing response back. So after a rather lengthy explanation, I got blue collar or laborer.

Then I stopped that line of questioning and asked to be taken on a tour of a day in his life. 

I experienced a bustling open air market place by the docks. He was wearing a heavy apron. 

Then I lost the connection because I think my brain just got tired out. 

So the other day, I reconnected with Cecil in another practice session. I started asking questions where we left off.

I asked him to show me where we left off, at the market. 

I smelled fish. I asked, "Do you sell fish?" I used my multiple choice format for some of these questions like this one. He indicated yes. 

I asked, "Are you selling fish?" He indicated no.

I asked, "What are you selling this day?" He said, "Meat."

I asked, "Do you own the store?" He indicated no.

Then I asked, "What happens?" He said, "I die."

I said, "Show me."

Then I felt the sadness and the crying. I asked, "Why do you cry, Cecil?"

He said, "She left me."

I asked, "Who?"

He said, "Fiona."

I asked, "How did you die?"

He said, "I hung a ham wrong. I bent over and it dropped on my head breaking my neck. It was pretty quick. An unfortunate accident."

I asked, "Did this happen because you were sad?" He indicated yes. 

I asked, "Do you blame Fiona?" He indicated no.

I asked, "What year did this happen?" He indicated the 1930s.

My last question was, "Will you reincarnate?" He indicated yes.

I thanked him for showing me his story.

I found this experience to be rewarding in that I was able to connect and communicate with a spirit that had crossed over. I also got some good detail using the multiple choice format. The problem with this format is that it took a long time and my brain got tired so I lost the connection. That's why I had to do a second session. In all, Cecil was a great sport and very helpful. He was kind to show me his world. I did feel I was at the market in his shoes so to speak.

Simple Psychic Reads

 For a long time, I was trying to teach myself the writing business as well as writing. I like writing. I'm just not that great at business. I've come to realize quite a while ago that the writing market requires a writer to not only write profusely but also to market every day. It's a very taxing career. Recently, I fell into my forte, intuition. I started to do readings, psychic readings. There's a demand, and I'm good at it. I know many people think it's a hoax, but people can believe what they want. I don't like to lie, and I don't like to take people's money undeserved. I do like to help people. People go to psychics for various reasons, mainly for a sense of security from an unknown future. I fell into doing readings by doing some self-exploring. On Reddit, I was researching Autism for myself. I knew that being sensitive was part of the autistic spectrum. Being sensitive is also part of being an empath. As this blog attests, I have previously studied if I was an empath and tried some things and found out some things using meditation. Also, in the prior years, I had lost 3 close family members. That opened up or reopened up a segment of intuition I hadn't been using, mediumship. I found myself conversing with my family members and finding closure. So, it was no surprise that I drifted over to the Medium and Psychic communities on Reddit. There I started to interact with people and help them with their issues. I started to do readings. I started to get petitions for formal readings. So, I decided to go for it with a little advisory help from members in those communities. This past January has been a successful first month.

Am I going to keep writing? Well, so far I've decided to write in my spare time which isn't much and put that work out on Wattpad.com. To me, that makes the most sense. So, I will still do readings and grow that little business.
